Biography and Career :
Eva Herzigova began her modeling career after winning a modeling beauty contest in Prague in 1989 at the age of sixteen. After arriving in Paris she became a popular supermodel. Eva Herzigova’s first important appearance was the Miss Wonderbra campaign in 1990s.
She was also featured in the Guess? Jeans advertisements and was dubbed the “Marilyn of the 1990s”. Eva Herzigova has also appeared in the Victoria’s Secret catalog and Sports Illustrated.
Eva Herzigova married Tico Torres, the drummer from Bon Jovi, in September 1996, in a large expensive wedding attended by, among others, Donald Trump and his then wife, Marla Maples, but they divorced in June 1998, leading some to assume it was a “green card” marriage (at least on her end).
Since 2000, Eva Herzigova’s been romantically linked with Guy Oseary, the CEO of Maverick Records.
In 2002 Eva Herzigova shocked fans and fashion watchers with her waif-like figure. Speculations and rumours of an eating disorder or drug addiction ran rampant, both of which she denied.
Eva Herzigova has also appeared in a few movies and posed nude for Playboy magazine in August 2004.
